Braxton College was founded in the State of Florida as the board recognized a need for private school training for Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics. The ownership has over 75 years of combined experience in the industry and take an active role in the operations of the College. The passion for EMS grew to additional programs and eventually Associates level and Bachelor level academic degrees.
The philosophy of the organization remains consistent through the years to meet the needs of the community and the students. The goal is to offer high quality education at an affordable college level price. The Board of Directors of Braxton College is actively involved in several committees throughout the state regarding Emergency Healthcare and Education. While still practicing in the field, the Board remains up to date in the industry needs and implements those changes into the college curriculum..
